This run-down home on a phenomenal street needed significant structural work to restore the home to a livable state. The entire interior and exterior were redone. The contemporary lines of the exterior were paired with classic West Coast finishes. The inside we captured the open-air feeling of a farmhouse. Crisp with a touch of rustic. Weathered finishes, well-wearing materials and traditional elements made this family home the perfect addition to a great neighbourhood.
