Dilapidated and forgotten, this home perched on a hill was in complete disrepair… but our clients saw the potential! We created an all (but a few studs) new home for a delightful couple that puts a focus on the green space that envelops it. A true expression of two lives coming together, this property was lovingly crafted into rooms that will be well lived in.
